I love working with colour! Colour is an exciting and powerful approach to design, it is a wonderful tool that can change how we feel about our environment or the way we perceive space and shape. Colour can make or break a room, a building, a product or a design concept. Debbie Abercrombie runs her own Interior Design consultancy and has a strong background in textiles and styling in the Interior Design Industry as well as a Diploma in Fashion Design (AUT).
Debbie has been teaching classes in Auckland for the last two years, prior to that she was a tutor for five years with the Wellington Polytechnic Interior Design correspondence course.
Debbie will introduce you to the magic and manipulation of colour through theory, practical knowledge and exercises to develop your own passion for colour and design.

Colour Design Term One: Colour Manipulation
This course is designed for anyone interested in colour!
Topics covered; colour theory, interaction with colour, psychology of colour and colour combination techniques.
Colour Design is a full year course or taken term by term.
$1180 or $425 (single term)
Term 1, Wednesday 10.00am - 12.30pm

Advanced Colour Design
Take your colour skills to another level with a series of practical sessions aimed to develop your sense of; interaction of colours, developing and matching colours, creating and recognising colour schemes, use of colours today and for the future.
This course is a two term course for those with experience or have completed the first year of colour design. For enquires please phone Debbie on 021914449.
Term 1, Monday 10.00am-12.30pm
8 Week course starts 9th February
$750 for two terms or $425 for a single term

For those who want to increase their understanding and confidence with colour, Join Debbie for an intense workshop covering the first Term material. Topics covered; colour theory, interaction with colour, psychology of colour and colour combination techniques.
Saturday April 4th, 10:00 - 4:30pm and Sunday April 5th, 10:00 - 4:00pm | $425
